Uniform Policies

  • Students must compulsory wear prescribed uniform only.
  • Uniform to be purchased from authorized dealers.
  • Boys must maintain their hair neatly trimmed in a short side crop.
  • Boys must wear a white sleeveless vest under the shirt.
  • Girls must wear a white sleeveless slip under uniform.
  • Girls are not allowed to wear ornaments, grow long hairs, henna or make-up, anklet, bangles, fancy ear rings etc.
  • Girls with shoulder length hair should braid it in two plaits with black ribbons or hair band.

Note : Class Pre-KG to VIII students shall wear colour dress only on their birthdays and childrens day.

Transport Rules

  • All bus users are expected to follow transport rules most strictly to ensure safety and security of all. Those who violate these rules will not be permitted to use facility any further.
  • Sit only in the allotted seat in the bus.
  • Do not walk around in the moving bus.
  • Do not break segregation rules in the bus.
  • Do not shout or talk loudly in the bus as it may distract the driver.
  • Do not throw litter or any other articles inside or outside of the bus.
  • Do not keep your bags in the aisle or in the walking space
  • You are not allowed to eat in the bus.
  • Do not damage the interiors of the bus. Any damage caused by you will be charged for.
  • Allow KG pupils and Juniors to sit first. Obey the driver and attendant, do not argue with or disrespect the bus driver and attendant.
  • If you require travel to a different place or need to get down at a different stop then you need to bring in written request from your parent.
  • For change of routes and discontinuing the facility, a written application should be submitted to the principal at least 10 days in advance.

Code of Conduct

  • At Royale Apollo International School, Hassan, all students are expected to:
  • Be punctual-avoid late arrival.
  • Speak considerately – avoid shouting, screaming and offensive language.
  • Avoid use of regional language in school.
  • Be ready for lessons – have the necessary materials.
  • Clear up – after lessons and break.
  • Keep your campus clean.
  • Move in an orderly way – avoid running in the corridors; hold the door open for other people.
  • Negotiate – If you know there might be a problem, go and talk to some one who can help to resolve the problems. Consult your Class Teacher / Academic Coordinator if there is a problem.
  • Respect the authority.

IMPORTANT
Parents are requested to strictly ensure that the students do not bring electronic gadgets like cell phones / DVDs / USB Pen Drives / Digital cameras / Mp3s and so on. Those breaking rules can be suspended from school. Students who repeatedly violate the school rules will be removed from the school rolls. Parents will be notified about serious violations. Three of such intimations will result in their final removal from the rolls.
Copying / Malpractice observed in the examination will be viewed seriously. In the first instance zero will be awarded in the respective papers. Any student with repeated records of cheating / copying will not be permitted to appear for the next examination even if it is the Board Examinations.
